Have you found the job that’s right for you but aren’t sure how to navigate the digital recruitment process? How can you land an interview in a world where ATS systems are used to screen resumes? An APEC (Association Pour l’Emploi des Cadres) consultantwill give youthe keys to: understanding how automated resume screening software (ATS) works; identifying keywords and tailoring your resume for optimal scoring; understanding what ATS systems favor and what they reject without hesitation; and testing your resume with “ATS-friendly” online tools.

Soft Skills Mural
Would you like to explore the concept of “soft skills” and their importance in the age of AI? This interactive, experiential workshop based on collective intelligence will help you gain a clear understanding of what these socio-cognitive and behavioral skills are, as well as the benefits of developing them. Participants will also be invited to reflect on how to develop these skills and will be given the opportunity to take the lead in setting a goal for their first concrete action.
