How can you land an interview in a world where ATS systems are used to screen resumes?  An APEC (Association Pour l’Emploi des Cadres) consultantwill give youthe keys to: understanding how automated resume screening software (ATS) works; identifying keywords and tailoring your resume for optimal scoring; understanding what ATS systems favor and what they reject without hesitation; and testing your resume with “ATS-friendly” online tools.

Participants will also be invited to reflect on how to develop these skills and will be given the opportunity to take the lead in setting a goal for their first concrete action.
