Two former senior public sector executives, who are members of the Club Emploi Cadres association, will provide an overview of the three branches of the public sector (status, job categories, entry pathways, and career prospects) and answer your questions.
AI and Recruitment: Understanding the Impact of AI Use by Recruiters and Candidates
Are you curious about how recruiters use AI and the benefits it offers candidates? Justine Moreau, a Talent Acquisition Officer at a recruitment firm, will discuss how AI is changing recruitment methods (through tools like ATS and job-matching systems) and the opportunities it provides candidates as they apply for jobs.
