Would you like to negotiate your remuneration during future interviews? Let's talk cash! An APEC consultant will help you prepare for your negotiations (information, estimates, arguments).

The October 13 session will focus more on negotiating salaries in the context of a1st job, while the December 14 session will focus more on negotiating gratification / remuneration for an internship or work-study program.

Entrepreneurship: a possible path to professional integration

The University of Montpellier's Incubation & Entrepreneurship team will help you understand this process, identify the posture and skills required, and discover the steps involved in creating an innovative company, with an overview of the local innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem and feedback from an incubated project leader. A visit to the INITIUM incubator is also planned!

Specific workshop for PhD students

After a long university career, entering the job market can sometimes be a confusing experience for doctoral students. The aim of this workshop is to identify the real or perceived difficulties doctoral students face when entering the job market, so as to be able to overcome them in an effective job search.

While both the academic research sector and the "traditional" job market are covered during the workshop, the focus is more on the latter, with particular emphasis on identifying potential employers and then communicating with recruiters through the CV.
