Two former senior civil servants, who are members of the Club Emploi Cadres association, will give a general presentation on the three branches of the civil service(status, job categories, how to join, and career prospects) and answer your questions.
AI and recruitment: Understanding the impact of AI use by recruiters and candidates
Are you wondering about how recruiters use AI and how it benefits candidates? Justine Moreau, Talent Acquisition Officer at a recruitment firm, will talk about how AI is changing recruitment methods (ATS, opportunity matching tools, etc.) and the opportunities it offers candidates in their job search.
