To help students build their career plans and successfully enter the workforce, the Bureau d'Aide à l'Insertion Professionnelle (BAIP) organizes a wide range of activities.
What are our missions?
- To support and prepare students and young graduates for their professional integration.
- The BAIP organizes a number of events (Forum Entreprises Université, 5 minutes to convince competition, Alumni Day) in collaboration with faculties, schools and institutes and the main players in the employment market.
- Each year, it offers a number of programs (MAIP campaign) to help course directors set up and finance initiatives to help their students enter the job market.
- The BAIP also welcomes students for individual interviews and themed group workshops to help them find internships and jobs throughout the year.
- The BAIP administers the ResUMplatform, the Professional Network of the University of Montpellier, which constitutes the alumni network of the University of Montpellier and enables the management of internship and job offers for each course.
