Office for Professional Integration Assistance
The mission of the Office for Professional Integration (BAIP) isto support and prepare students and recent graduates of the University of Montpellier for professional integration. It offers all students, starting in their first year, a range of services to help them successfully transition into working life, including:

– and seize various employment opportunities.
Our services:
– The BAIP organizes several events (University Job Forum, 5-Minute Pitch Competition, Work-Study Forum, Professional Integration Meetings) in collaboration with faculties, schools, institutes, and key players in the employment sector.
– Every year, it offers programs (MAIP Campaign) to support training managers in setting up and financing initiatives to promote the professional integration of their students.
– The BAIP also welcomes students for individual interviews and group workshops to support them in their search for internships and jobs throughout the year.
– The BAIP administers the ResUMplatform, the University of Montpellier's Professional Network, which is the University of Montpellier's alumni network and manages internship and job offers for each program.
Following the audit carried out by AFNOR on June 9, 2023, BAIP obtained ISO 9001 certification for the quality of its student professional integration support process.
Support for professional integration stands out for its innovative approach to the services offered, which promotes the visibility of the programs and students benefiting from integration. The process ensures optimized handling of multiple individual and collective service offerings.
