Office of Employment Assistance
The mission of the Office of Career Services (BAIP) isto support and prepare students and recent graduates of the University of Montpellier for their transition into the workforce. To help all students, starting in their first year, successfully transition into the workforce, the office offers a wide range of services designed to:

– to discoveressential tools
– to build a network
– and to take advantage of various job opportunities.
Our services:
– The BAIP organizes several events (University Job Fair, 5-Minute Pitch Contest, Work-Study Forum, Professional Integration Meetings) in collaboration with universities, schools, and institutes, as well as key employment stakeholders.
– Each year, it offers programs (MAIP Campaign) to support training program administrators in implementing and funding initiatives to promote their students’ professional integration.
– The BAIP also hosts students for individual interviews and group workshops to support them in their search for internships and jobs throughout the year.
– The BAIP manages the ResUM, the University of Montpellier Professional Network, which serves as the University of Montpellier ’s alumni network and facilitates the management of internship and job opportunities for each program.
Following the audit conducted by AFNOR on June 9, 2023, the BAIP obtained ISO 9001 certification for the quality of its process supporting students’ transition into the workforce.
Career transition support stands out for its innovative approach to service delivery, which enhances the visibility of support programs and students, thereby facilitating their transition into the workforce. The process ensures the efficient management of a wide range of individual and group services.
