Professional integration and study trajectories of Montpellier University graduates

What is the professional future for graduates of the University of Montpellier?

Every year, OSIPE conducts surveys on the future of former students of Bachelor's, Professional Bachelor's, Master's and PhD degrees, between 18 and 36 months after graduation. This timeframe enables us to gather valuable information on this first phase of working life.

Characteristics of study paths and student life

Each year, a specific survey is carried out on a theme relating to student life at university. Questioning the reasons for entering university, study choices, financing, difficulties encountered, etc., enables us to better understand and support students.

Experience and Skills Portfolio

The Portfolio of Experiences and Competences (PEC) is a project-building aid. It is a tool that takes into account all facets of a student's career (personal, professional, training, etc.).
Deployed at Montpellier University since 2008, it enables students to reflect on their skills and build a coherent professional project. PEC mentors, whether teachers, external staff or SCUIO-IP personnel, have all been trained in the PEC approach.

Every year, training or refresher sessions are offered to all staff wishing to be trained in the PEC approach. SCUIO-IP also provides support to components in the construction of their PEC module.
