Portfolio of Experiences and Skills

ThePortfolio of Experiences and Skills (PEC)is a tool designed to help students build their career plans. It is a valuable resource that takes into account all aspects of a student's background (personal, professional, educational, etc.).
Rolled out in 2008 at the University of Montpellier, it enables students to reflect on their skills in order to build a coherent career plan. PEC advisors, whether they are teachers, external staff, or SCUIO-IP staff, have all been trained in the PEC approach.

Each year, training or refresher courses are offered to all staff wishing to be trained in the PEC approach. The SCUIO-IP also provides support to departments in the development of their PEC modules.

For more information, visit thePEC portal.
