SCUIO-IP's Bureau d'Aide à l'Insertion Professionnelle organizes events designed to help students successfully enter the job market. Thanks to these events, you can not only discover the wide range of profiles andtraining courses on offer at the University of Montpellier, but also recruit your future interns, work-study students and employees.

We have also expanded our range of services to includejob datingand company forums, to meet both the integration expectations of new graduates and the direct and immediate needs of recruiters.

Our events are mainly based on exchanges and advice given to students and graduates by employment intermediary partners, as well as HR managers and recruitment officers from various public and private employer structures.

partnership

The BAIP relies on partnerships with key players in the job market (public employment service operators, recruitment agencies and companies) to help students enter the job market. These partnerships facilitate the dissemination of job offers, the organization of events and the matching of students with recruiters.

Visit Business Forums are a great success with students and professionals alike.

These events enable students and graduates to prepare for their professional integration, and bring the worlds of work and university closer together.

The success of these meetings is mainly due to the participation and active involvement of the participating partner organizations and public and private employer structures.

adoc talent management

Founded in 2008, Adoc Talent Management is the first recruitment firm specializing in PhD graduates from all disciplines. Our team is rooted in the innovation ecosystem and fundamentally driven by the values of doctoral promotion.

ANDRH Languedoc

ANDRH is an association with more than 5,000 members nationwide.
Its objectives are threefold:

  • promote the HR function
  • create value for its members (exchange of best practices)
  • make proposals to public authorities and social partners

In LR, we are close to 90 professionals. We meet monthly to discuss topical issues.

CEC

The Club Emploi Cadres is a Montpellier-based association founded in 1995, whose main mission is to promote employment, particularly for executives. Our scope of action extends from Montpellier to the entire Metropolitan area.

Over the years, the association has evolved and extended its activities to support students in higher education. The aim is to facilitate their integration into professional life.

Today, CEC is continuing to diversify, while maintaining its permanent focus on supporting young people, job seekers and students.

COMIDER(Comité pour le Développement de l'Économie Régionale) is an Occitanie-based association of volunteers from the business world. It assists young people and job seekers through mentoring, guidance and support for professional integration. The association also assists entrepreneurs and organizes the Markethon de l'Emploi, a solidarity initiative for the search for opportunities.

CPME Occitanie

A member of the CPME Nationale, theCPMEOccitanie was created in January 2017, on the initiative of the Midi-Pyrénées and Languedoc-Roussillon structures, in application of the NOTRe law. It brings together and federates the thirteen departmental structures in Occitanie and, through them, represents thousands of SME/SMI members. The CPME Occitanie Board of Directors is made up of the Presidents and representatives of the CPME departmental structures in Occitanie.

A technical team led by the Regional General Delegates implements the guidelines defined by the structure at operational level.

The role of CPME Occitanie is twofold:

  • Leading, coordinating and supporting the development of the CPME network of departmental structures in Occitania
  • Promote the economic and social development of Occitanie's SMEs through :

- Dialogue with regional public authorities (devolved State, Regional Council)

- Numerous employer mandates (e.g. Pôle Emploi, CESER, AGEFOS PME, FONGECIF, ARS, CARSAT, etc.)

- Project management for local SMEs and VSEs

France travail

France Travail is a major player in the back-to-work market.


France Travail's mission is to welcome, inform, guide and support people seeking employment, training or professional advice, and to ensure the continuity of their social and professional integration. It prescribes all useful actions to develop their professional skills and improve their employability. It encourages outplacement and promotion, as well as geographic and professional mobility. France Travail assists and advises companies in their recruitment, canvasses the labor market and develops expertise on the evolution of jobs and qualifications.

France Travail is a public body operating at 4 levels: national, regional, territorial and local. In the Hérault department, there are 11 agencies (4 in the Montpellier metropolitan area) with 900 employees who are experts in all areas relating to employment.

HAYS

INITIUM is the University of Montpellier's academic incubator, providing support for innovative projects based on the three pillars of " Feed - Care - Protect " and their interfaces. Students, doctoral students and researchers within the I-SITE perimeter can benefit from INITIUM's support to structure their innovation project at the earliest possible stage.

The Nos Quartiers ont du Talent (NQT) association helps young graduates (Bac+3 and over, under 30) find jobs by mentoring them with company executives and managers. It also offers resources for work-study programs, internships and entrepreneurship.

Pépite-LR

The Languedoc-Roussillon region has set up a center, PEPITE-LR, whose role is to promote an entrepreneurial culture among students, to pre-assist them in their plans to set up or take over a business, to introduce them to entrepreneurship as a vector for professional integration, and thus to encourage the creation of new businesses.

PEPITE-LR is the key player in student entrepreneurship in the Languedoc-Roussillon region. PEPITE-LR brings together 8 higher education establishments in the Languedoc-Roussillon region.

SATT AxLR promotes the results and expertise of academic laboratories in Eastern Occitania.

SATT AxLR helps to transform inventions into innovations to develop products or services in line with industrial and commercial needs.

SATT AxLR works alongside academic researchers; we help build, finance and support the development of inventions - the so-called "maturation" phase - in close interaction with industry and investors.

SATT AxLR offers companies a portfolio of technological opportunities and brings the excellence of the laboratories within its perimeter to lift certain technological barriers and facilitate their growth.

With its integrated incubator, SATT AxLR supports start-ups at every stage of their project.
