The SCUIO-IP Career Services Office organizes events designed to facilitate and promote students’ successful transition into the job market. Through these events, you can not only learn aboutthe widerange ofcareer pathsandacademic programs offered bythe University of Montpellier, but also recruit your future interns, work-study students, and employees.

We have alsoexpanded our service offeringsto include“job fairs”company-led forums designed to address both the career development needs of recent graduates and the immediate, direct needs of recruiters.

partnership

The BAIP relies on partnerships with labor market stakeholders (public employment service providers, recruitment firms, and companies) to enhance students’ career readiness. These collaborations facilitate the dissemination of job openings, the organization of events, and the connection of students with recruiters.

The Company Forums are very popular with students and professionals.

These events help students and graduatesprepare fortheir transition into the workforce and foster closer ties between the professional world and the university.

The success of these events is largely due to the participation and active involvement of the partner organizations and participating public and private employers.

Founded in 2008, Adoc Talent Management is the leading recruitment firm specializing in PhD holders across all disciplines. Our team is deeply rooted in the innovation ecosystem and is fundamentally driven by a commitment to promoting the value of the PhD.

ANDRH Languedoc

The ANDRH is an association with more than 5,000 members nationwide.
It has three main objectives:

  • promote the HR function
  • create value for its members (sharing of best practices)
  • serve as a source of proposals for government authorities and social partners

At LR, we have nearly 90 professionals. We meet monthly to discuss current issues.

APEC

Available nationwide, both in-person and online, this program is open to all bachelor’s and master’s degree holders seeking opportunities such as internships, work-study programs, or their first job.

CEC

The Club Emploi Cadres is a Montpellier-based association founded in 1995, with the primary mission of promoting employment, particularly among executives. Our area of operation extends from Montpellier to the entire Montpellier metropolitan area.

Over the years, the organization has evolved and expanded its activities to include support for college and university students. The goal is to help them transition into the workforce.

Today, the CEC continues to diversify its services, while maintaining its ongoing commitment to supporting young people, job seekers, and students.

COMIDER (Committee for Regional Economic Development) is an association based in Occitanie, composed of volunteers from the professional world. It supports young people and job seekers through mentoring, career guidance, and assistance with entering the workforce. The association also helps entrepreneurs and organizes the Employment Markethon, a community-driven initiative designed to help people find job opportunities.

CPME Occitanie

A member of the National CPME,CPME Occitanie was established in January 2017 atthe initiative of the Midi-Pyrénées and Languedoc-Roussillon chapters,in accordance with the NOTRe law. It brings together and unites the thirteen departmental chapters of Occitanie and, through them, represents thousands of member SMEs and small-to-medium-sized industrial firms. The Board of Directors of CPME Occitanie is composed of the presidents and representatives of the CPME departmental organizations in Occitanie.

A technical team led by the Regional General Delegates implements the guidelines established by the organization at the operational level.

The CPME Occitanie has a twofold role:

  • Lead, coordinate, and support the development of the network of CPME departmental organizations in Occitanie
  • Promote the economic and social development of SMEs in Occitanie through:

– Dialogue with regional government authorities (decentralized government, Regional Council)

– Holding numerous positions in employer organizations (e.g., Pôle Emploi, CESER, AGEFOS PME, FONGECIF, ARS, CARSAT, etc.)

– Managing projects for small and micro-businesses in local communities

France Work

France Travail is a leading provider of re-employment services.


France Travail’s mission is to welcome, inform, guide, and support individuals seeking employment, training, or career counseling, and to ensure the continuity of their social and professional integration. It implements all necessary measures to develop their professional skills and improve their employability. It promotes their reemployment, career advancement, as well as their geographic and professional mobility. France Travail assists and advises companies on their recruitment efforts, monitors the labor market, and is also tasked with developing expertise on trends in jobs and qualifications.

France Travail is a public agency with four levels of operation: national, regional, departmental, and local. In the Hérault department, it comprises 11 offices (four of which are located in the Montpellier metropolitan area) with 900 staff members who are experts in all areas related to employment.

HAYS

The organization Nos Quartiers ont du Talent (NQT) helps recent college graduates (with at least a bachelor’s degree and under 30 years of age) find employment through mentoring programs with corporate executives and managers. It also offers resources for work-study programs, internships, and entrepreneurship.

The Languedoc-Roussillon region has a center, PEPITE-LR, whose role is topromote an entrepreneurial culture among students,providethemwith early support for their plans to startor take over a business, present entrepreneurship asa pathway to professional integration, and thereby encouragebusiness creation.

PEPITE-LR isthe leading organization in student entrepreneurship inthe Languedoc-Roussillon region. PEPITE-LR brings togethereight higher education institutions in the Languedoc-Roussillon region.

Satt Axlr

SATT AxLR promotes the research outcomes and expertise of academic laboratories in Eastern Occitanie.

SATT AxLR helps turn inventions into innovations to develop products or services that meet industrial and commercial needs.

SATT AxLR works alongside academic researchers; we help build, finance, and support the development of inventions—the so-called “maturation” phase—in close collaboration with industry partners and investors.

SATT AxLR offersa portfolio of technology opportunitiesto companies and leverages the expertise of the laboratories within its network to overcome certain technological barriers and facilitate their growth.

With its integrated incubator, SATT AxLRsupports startupsthroughout every stage of their project.
