The SCUIO-IP Career Services Office organizes events designed to facilitate and promote the successful integration of students into the job market. We have alsoexpanded our service offeringwith"job dating"events:corporate forums that meet both the integration needs of new graduates and the direct, immediate requirements of recruiters.

partnership
The BAIP relies on partnerships with labor market stakeholders (public employment service operators, recruitment agencies, and companies) to strengthen students' professional integration. These collaborations facilitate the dissemination of job offers, the organization of events, and the connection of students with recruiters.
The Business Forums are proving very popular with students and professionals alike.
These events enable students and graduates toprepare for their transition into the workforce and promote closer ties between the world of work and the university.
The success of these meetings is mainly due to the participation and active involvement of partner organizations and participating public and private employers.

Founded in 2008, Adoc Talent Management is the leading recruitment firm specializing in PhD holders across all disciplines. Our team is deeply rooted in the innovation ecosystem and fundamentally driven by values that promote the value of doctoral degrees.
ANDRH Languedoc
The ANDRH is an association with over 5,000 members nationwide.
It has three objectives:
- promote the HR function

CEC
Club Emploi Cadres is a Montpellier-based association founded in 1995, whose main mission is to promote employment, particularly for executives. Our scope of action extends from Montpellier to the entire metropolitan area.
Over the years, the association has evolved and expanded its activities to include support for higher education students. The aim is to facilitate their transition into professional life.
Today, the CEC continues to diversify, while maintaining its ongoing focus on supporting young people, job seekers, and students.

COMIDER (Committee for Regional Economic Development) is an association based in Occitanie, made up of volunteers from the professional world. It supports young people and job seekers through mentoring, guidance, and support for professional integration. The association also helps entrepreneurs and organizes the Markethon de l'Emploi, a solidarity initiative for finding opportunities.
CPME Occitanie
A member of the National CPME,the CPME Occitanie was created in January 2017, onthe initiative of the Midi-Pyrénées and Languedoc-Roussillon structures, in accordance with the NOTRe law. It brings together and federates the thirteen departmental structures of Occitanie and, through them, represents thousands of member SMEs/SMIs. The Board of Directors of the CPME Occitanie is composed of the presidents and representatives of the CPME departmental structures in Occitanie.
A technical team led by Regional Delegates implements the guidelines defined by the structure at the operational level.
The role of CPME Occitanie is twofold:
- Lead, coordinate, and support the development of the network of CPME departmental structures in Occitanie.
- Promoting the economic and social development of SMEs in Occitanie through:
– Dialogue with regional public authorities (decentralized government, regional council)
– Holding numerous employer mandates (e.g., Pôle Emploi, CESER, AGEFOS PME, FONGECIF, ARS, CARSAT, etc.)
– Project management for SMEs and microbusinesses in the regions

It promotes their redeployment, professional advancement, and geographical and professional mobility. France Travail assists and advises companies in their recruitment efforts, surveys the job market, and also aims to develop expertise on changes in jobs and qualifications.
France Travail is a public institution with four levels: national, regional, territorial, and local. For the Hérault department, there are 11 agencies (four in the Montpellier metropolitan area) with 900 employees who are experts in all areas related to employment.

The association Nos Quartiers ont du Talent (NQT) supports young graduates (with a bachelor's degree or higher, aged under 30) in finding employment through mentoring with executives and business leaders. It also offers resources for work-study programs, internships, and entrepreneurship.

SATT AxLR promotes the results and expertise of academic laboratories in Eastern Occitanie.
SATT AxLR helps transform inventions into innovations to develop products or services that meet industrial and commercial needs.
SATT AxLR works alongside academic researchers; we help to build, finance, and support the development of inventions—known as the "maturation" phase—in close collaboration with manufacturers and investors.
