Student Support

The SCUIO-IP offers a variety of services to help yousuccessfully transition into the workforce. Whether you’re inyour first year of a bachelor’s degree program or in a “ PhD ” program, and regardless of the program you’re enrolled in at the University of Montpellier, you can take advantage of our various services:  

• Workshops to support career transition, led by our career transition counselors or outside experts, who will provide you with guidance, advice, and answers to your questions.  

• Events such as theUniversity Job Fair (FEU), the100% OnlineWork-Study Forum, or the Career Integration Meetings. All of these events will give you the opportunity to learn how to better prepare yourself to engage with the socio-economic world, expand your professional network, and create real opportunities for employment (or internships).  

• The individual support sessions with a career placement counselor to answer your specific questions, assess your situation, and provide personalized advice to help you reach your goal: finding an internship, a work-study program, or your first job! 

• The ResUM professional platform will allow you to showcase your profile, participate in our online forums, view and apply for available job openings, contact alumni of the University of Montpellier, watch recordings of our filmed conferences, and, more broadly, access up-to-date information on career placement. • The online resources or in person at ourresource centers.Practical guides, books, and other tools are all available to you, and we’ll be happy to show them to you if needed.
