The Office of Career Services (BAIP) plays a vital role in preparing students for their future careers. Through various initiatives such as career fairs, conferences, and career development workshops, the BAIP offers valuable educational opportunities to students that deserve to be highlighted:

  • Understanding labor market trends and the skills recruiters are looking for.
  • Comparing theoretical knowledge with professional realities

2. Development of communication skills

  • Practice inself-introduction,speed job interviews (job dating), andprofessional pitches.
  • Organizing the sales pitch and tailoring the message to a professional audience.

3. Exploring networking and professional etiquette

  • Introduction to and Practice ofProfessional Networking
  • Experimenting withcorporate communication norms: body language, language, and expected behaviors.

4. Mastering job search tools and techniques

  • Gainingpractical advice on theirapplication materials directly from recruiters and making adjustments or improvements as needed.  

5. An immersive approach to the professional world

  • Learn about different careers and industries by talking with experts.
  • Helping studentsdevelop a career plan based on real-world realities.

6. Active and experiential learning

  • Increased motivation and a greater sense of purpose in their training through interactions with recruiters and alumni

7. Developing soft skills

  • Developingadaptability, proactivity, and active listening skills through interactions with professionals.
