Member of the National CPME, the CPME Occitanie was created in January 2017, at the initiative of the Midi-Pyrénées and Languedoc-Roussillon structures, in application of the NOTRe law. It brings together and federates the thirteen departmental structures of Occitania and, through them, represents thousands of SME/SMI members. The Board of Directors of the CPME Occitanie is composed of the Presidents and representatives of the CPME departmental structures of Occitanie.

A technical team led by the Regional General Delegates implements at the operational level, the orientations defined by the structure.

The role of the CPME Occitanie is double:

  • To animate, coordinate and support the development of the network of CPME departmental structures in Occitania

  • To promote the economic and social development of the Occitan SMEs through :

– The dialogue with the regional public authorities (deconcentrated State, Regional Council)

– The exercise of numerous employer mandates (e.g.: Pôle Emploi, CESER, AGEFOS PME, FONGECIF, ARS, CARSAT, …)

– The piloting of projects for the attention of SMEs and VSEs on the territories

Languedoc-Roussillon has a pole, the PEPITE-LR, whose role is to promote entrepreneurial culture among students, to pre-accompany them in their project to create or take over a company, to present entrepreneurship as a vector for professional integration and thus encourage the creation of companies. PEPITE-LR is the key player in student entrepreneurship in the Languedoc-Roussillon region. PEPITE-LR brings together 8 higher education institutions in the Languedoc-Roussillon region.

The employment center is the major player in the return to employment.

The Pôle emploi LR in figures (2010): A network of proximity composed of 46 agencies and 5 specialized agencies and 2000 experts in the service of employment in Languedoc-Roussillon, 4000 interviews with job seekers on average per day, 356 job seekers placed per day, 145 600 job offers recorded, 122 visits to companies per day, 27 million visits per month on

The ANDRH is an association with more than 5,000 members at the national level.

Its objective is threefold :

  •     to promote the HR function
  •     to create value for its members (exchange of best practices)
  •     to be a force of proposal with public authorities, social partners
